Why a Poizon link will not open

Poizon is a closed platform: it does not expose products by link, to us or to any other service. Pinduoduo works the same way. This is not a broken page or a tariff limit.

• What happensYou paste the link into the cart and instead of a product card you get a form: price, photos, details.
• What to doFill the form in by hand — price in yuan, size, colour and photos from the product page. Two minutes is enough.
• If you would rather notSend the link or a screenshot to our buyer. He will find the item himself and quote a price. The search is free.

Five steps from link to parcel

1. 01

   Find the item in the Poizon app

   Copy the link through Share and note the price in yuan — you will need to enter it. A screenshot of the page helps with the form.

2. 02

   Paste the link into the cart and fill the form

   Price in yuan, size, colour, photos. Everything you enter is what the buyer sees — the more precise, the fewer follow-up questions.

3. 03

   Top up your balance and pay for the order

   The exchange rate is locked when you top up. Crypto and Apple / Google Pay credit automatically; SEPA transfer in euro goes through a manager.

4. 04

   The buyer purchases it, the warehouse takes QC photos

   Buyout takes 3–7 days. Every item is photographed at our warehouse before it ships — you see the real thing before it travels.

5. 05

   Build a parcel and pay for shipping

   Several orders can be combined into one parcel — paying for weight once is cheaper than paying per box.

What the price is made of

International shipping is counted separately, after the parcel is weighed.

• Service commission3% of the item price.
• QC photos¥8 per item. We photograph everything before it ships.
• Insurance5% of the declared value — optional.
• Shipping inside ChinaFrom the seller to our warehouse, paid together with the item.

Delivery times

Counted from dispatch out of the China warehouse, not counting 3–7 days for the buyout.
